May 06, 2018 My photo library dates back to 2006 and only has 25,000 or so photos in it. She rarely uses the Mac, and what seems to happen is that if her Mac account is not logged on for a while, the local library gets too far out of sync from the iCloud one, and they can't reconcile, causing these glitches.
